Loomis native and mom of 3, Stephanie has a passion for helping everyone discover their yoga journey. She leads Flow, Beginner, and Chair classes weekly, loves to sub for everything from Balance to WakeUp!, and has a special focus on prenatal and postpartum practices. When she's not at Bridge she can be found homeschooling and loves to sew.
lori williams, ryt
Leading our 6am WakeUp! class, Lori is a retired IT professional turned yogi that loves dogs and giving back through service. She brings the sounds and feeling of the islands to classes with her music and calming approach. Lori loves a slow flow, which has guided much of her practice to yin and restorative yoga. Outside of Bridge, you can find Lori volunteering at the Placer SPCA or teaching karma yoga at St. John's Shelter for Women & Children.
