Wake Up!
Carpe Diem! Set the tone of your day with an invigorating morning practice. Expect breath-guided movement along with strengthening and flexibility work. You’ll feel strong and clear-minded as you approach the rest of your day. 75 minutes.
Flow
This class offers breath-guided movements with strengthening and flexibility benefits. Expect the vigorous up-and-down rhythm of sun salutations along with sequencing that builds to a peak, before settling on the floor to unwind. This is a playful style of yoga and we invite you to play at your own pace. Modifications are available and encouraged. Find the meditative quality of Yoga with this class and leave feeling great – ready to take on anything. 75 minutes.
BALANCE
Slowly paced, deeply felt, and lovingly orchestrated.

In balance class, you'll build strength through static poses designed to support a healthy spine and breath function. This class is alignment focused and intelligently sequenced to ensure students progress safely and at their own pace. Here, you’ll become aware of how breath and body coordinate to navigate challenges without trying to control them. Good stuff, on or off of the mat. 75 minutes.
CHAIR
This class is a studio favorite! Here, you receive the benefits of Yoga – strength, flexibility, and increased range of motion – from the safety and stability of a chair. If you’re new to Yoga and don’t know where to begin, or if you’re recovering from an injury, this is a great class for you. Suitable for all ages and abilities, and also, a lot of fun. 75 minutes.
RESTORE
This is the dessert of Yoga: Floor-based stretches that are held for longer periods of time, in a relaxing and inviting environment. Soothing verbal ques and gentle hands-on adjustments help provide a greater understanding of Yin Yoga in this popular class. 90 minutes.
Beginner Yoga
Great class for the Yoga-curious! Here, you’ll learn foundational poses and alignment that will help you feel safe and successful for the remainder of your Yoga journey. It’s a great introduction for folks who feel like they don’t know where to begin. Attend a few of these, or make it a regular part of your Yoga discipline.  75 minutes.
Community Circle
Led by rotating teachers, this gathering includes meditation, chanting, and Yoga philosophy. If you’re looking for a deeper understanding of Yoga – this is the space for you. 60 minutes.

This is a seasonal offering and will resume in 2020.
Yoga NIDRA
This all-levels class begins with one hour of breath awareness and physical asana; gentle but vigorous movements, and traditional hatha poses directed toward ease and strength in the spine. Physical work is followed by thirty minutes of guided meditation in a savasana (laying down) posture. Yoga Nidra - yoga of sleep - is an undemanding entry into meditation practice, as the body relaxes deeply, while the mind is kept alert and occupied with visualization practices.  90 minutes.
Prenatal/Postnatal
Join our community of expecting mamas, both during and after pregnancy, as we relax, relieve aches and pains, and prepare for birth. This gentle class will focus on strength, flexibility, and also support healthy postpartum recovery. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend as we bond and grow together! Class is 60 minutes in a comfortable 70° room. (Partners and friends are invited to participate, too!)

Check our full schedule for days and times.

Specialty workshops
Hosted every third Saturday of the month by a rotation of teachers, workshops feature special interests such as essential oils, arm balancing, chanting, painting, and mala bead crafting. Check out the class schedule for upcoming pop-up classes and workshops to deepen your yoga practice and community connection.
kaiut yoga (new to bridge in 2020!)
The Kaiut Method of yoga works to restore mobility to the whole body by focusing on the joints. Most of the work is performed on the floor or against a wall, using gravity and props to help relax the system, reveal restrictions in the joints, and discharge tension from the muscles. Individual guidance and adjustments are made throughout the class to accommodate all body types, conditions, and levels of experience. A yoga practice needs to be sustainable, and the Kaiut method seeks to educate the body and mind, slowly and with certainty, so that we may live, and age, in our optimal state. 75 minutes.
